Crossroads Carers Centre - Cowal (PA23 7HG)

Crossroads provides a high quality respite service in Cowal & Bute to enable carers to take a break from their caring role. We offer practical support, a listening ear and emotional support particularly when you are finding caring difficult.

We can also offer holistic and complementary therapies, support groups and carer drop-in sessions, information provision on all aspects of carers rights and advocacy, mindfulness approaches to caring, Wellness Recovery Action planning, counterweight programmes, referral for carers assessments, home visits, outings and social activities.
